Whether you plan to be self-represented, or use litigation, mediation, or collaborative practice, it’s important to hear all of your options.

Monthly Divorce Workshops
Our divorce workshops are for for Minnesota couples with or without children who are:
- legally married;
- living together but not married; or,
- same gender couples.
At the divorce workshop, you’ll learn all about general considerations about divorce and how your choice of process can affect it. We’ll also get into some specifics about the financial, emotional, legal and parenting aspects of divorce.
The workshop will not be a comprehensive review of family or divorce law. It will also not get into the nitty-gritty details of the steps for divorce in Minnesota. This is also not the time for individual mental health, financial or legal questions – please setup an individual appointment to handle those in a private setting. Also remember, this workshop only addresses divorces in Minnesota – many issues won’t be applicable in other states.
Choose your team of professional advisors wisely – let the Collaborative Divorce Professionals help.
